•Guarantee--As a valued customer, we appreciate your continued patronage and retail distribution of Take Down Hair Products.
•We offer a 30 day guarantee on all of our products. If you try our products and are not satisfied, just return the products with a letter of explanation detailing your dissatisfaction and we will gladly refund your purchase.
•If products are damaged during shipping, immediately return damage goods for either credit or a new shipment will be dispersed.

•PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Most orders are processed 2 to 3 Business Days after they are received AND processable by the FBB staff. (Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding observed holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are considered received on the next Business Day.
• Receipt of Order Confirmation: If you do not receive a Receipt of Order confirmation by email within 3 Business Days, you should contact us immediately.
• During processing, we will contact you at the daytime telephone number provided, if we have questions about products ordered, payment, product availability, etc.
• Your credit card will be charged as your order is processed.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
• Orders are shipped on Business Days only.
• We're sorry, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes to destinations outside the US.
• Standard: Orders usually arrive at their destination 10 to 15 Business Days after we receive them.
• Express Shipping: Make your product selections, complete your order online, select your preferred shipping method. Review and print your order. Express orders have a $25 upgrade charge for handling.
